Return & Replacement Policy

At DigitalByDrum, every piece is curated with intention. Because our products are delivered digitally and/or produced on demand, we handle returns and replacements carefully and transparently.
1. Digital Art Orders
All digital art purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned due to the nature of instant downloads. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
If you experience trouble accessing your download or your file arrives corrupted, contact us at desk@digitalbydrum.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make sure you receive a working file.
2. Physical Prints (If Offered)
If DigitalByDrum offers physical prints in the future, we will accept replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or minor color variation between screens and print.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds).
3. Lost or Missing Packages (If Physical Items Apply)
If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, building staff, and your local carrier location first.
If the package still can’t be located:
- Contact the carrier to file a Lost Package Claim.
- Send the claim number and order details to desk@digitalbydrum.com.
After review, we may offer store credit or a replacement depending on the situation. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer or packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item (where applicable), we will replace it with the same item or issue store credit once verified.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement if fulfillment or delivery has not started. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
6. How to Request Support
To request help with a download issue, replacement request, or store credit, email: desk@digitalbydrum.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
- A brief explanation of what happened
