We create and distribute digital artwork and downloadable creative assets. Each piece reflects our standard of quality and originality. DigitalByDrum reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order that contains inaccurate information.
4. Delivery
Digital artwork is delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and ensure your inbox can receive digital files.
5. Refund Policy
All digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns once files have been delivered.
If you experience technical issues with your file, contact us within 7 days at desk@digitalbydrum.com and we will ensure you receive a working copy.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of DigitalByDrum. Purchasing digital art grants you a personal-use license only.
You may NOT:
- Resell the files
- Share or redistribute downloads
- Use the artwork commercially without written permission
- Modify and claim the work as your own
7. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure product descriptions and previews are accurate. However, variations in color may occur depending on screen settings and print methods.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment processing and certain services are handled by trusted third parties. DigitalByDrum is not responsible for system outages, payment processor errors, or third-party service disruptions.

DigitalByDrum shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the original purchase.
