Delivery Policy (Digital Downloads)

At DigitalByDrum, all products are delivered as digital downloads. That means there is no physical shipping, no shipping fees, and no delivery times based on carriers. Your files are sent electronically after purchase.
1. Digital Delivery
After checkout, your digital files are delivered to the email address used at purchase and/or made available on the order confirmation page. Delivery is typically instant, but in some cases may take a few minutes depending on payment verification.
2. No Shipping Fees
Because all items are digital, no shipping fees apply.
3. Accessing Your Download
- Check your inbox for your order confirmation email with download access.
- If you don’t see it, check Spam, Promotions, or Updates.
- Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout.
4. File Issues or Missing Delivery
If you have trouble downloading your files, a link isn’t working, or the file appears corrupted, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make sure you receive a working copy.

5. Refunds

Print quality depends on your printer, paper type, and framing. For best results, we recommend:
